Family Owned & Operated
Southerlyn Homes was founded by husband and wife team, Brett and Ashley Russell. They have a passion for working with clients and walking them through every step of the design and construction process.
Brett is a Licensed Contractor with over 10 years of residential building experience. Before founding Southerlyn Homes, he successfully built and renovated homes in South Tampa, St Petersburg, Belleair Beach, Seminole, Riverview, Redington Shores, and Odessa. Ashley is a licensed Realtor and brings over 10 years of business and finance experience to Southerlyn Homes.
The name ‘Southerlyn’ represents Brett and Ashley’s Southern roots and favorite style home to build – ‘Southern Coastal’, as well as a tribute to their oldest daughter, Rozalynn.
